Appointments

Although same day appointments are available at most of our clinic sites, appointments are encouraged in order to provide quality, efficient healthcare for you and your family. In order to make medical appointments, call the clinic nearest to you, or the clinic where your provider works.

Walk-Ins

If you are ill, and feel that you cannot wait for an appointment, we will make every effort to see you on a walk-in basis. Please call any of our clinic locations to inquire about emergency provider availability. As a walk-in, please know that your wait may be longer than if an appointment had been made. We ask for your patience and understanding and we strive to provide for all those in need of quality healthcare.

After Hour Emergencies

There is always an on-call provider available by phone. Please call your clinic number where an answering service representative will contact one of our providers about your concern.

Payment for Services

Chiricahua Community Health Centers, Inc. accepts private insurance, AHCCCS, Medicare as well as a sliding fee scale for eligible individuals. Co-payments and office charges are payable at time of service and can be taken care of with cash, personal check, debit or credit card at most of our clinic locations. Chiricahua Community Health Centers, Inc. always accepts new Medicare patients. For questions concerning your statements, please contact our Business Office.

Sliding Fee Scale
