If you are insured, underinsured, or have no insurance at all, Chiricahua Community Health Centers, Inc. is here to serve your preventive health care needs. We accept most insurance plans, and if we don't accept yours, tell us and we will work towards establishing a relationship with your carrier. For our patients who are underinsured and/or uninsured, inquire about our sliding fee scale program.
