Elizabeth Fabry
Since 2002, Elizabeth Fabry has been with the Chiricahua Community Health Center, Inc. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing and a Certification as an Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP-C) from Arizona State University. As an ANP-C, Elizabeth maintains certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She provides health care to both men and women, and is a Spanish speaker. She specializes in Family Planning and Women's Health. She has particular interest in Integrative Medicine, which combines alternative therapies with traditional allopathic medicine.
Elizabeth has worked for the U. S. Indian Health Services. Her most challenging position was as a Charge Nurse on the very busy Medical-Surgical Unit at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center. Elizabeth also worked in the Obstetrics and OB Triage units.
Elizabeth lived in Flagstaff for many years. She and her dear husband Jim raised five children. Her Baccalaureate Degree is from Northern Arizona University in 1993, where she received the Chairs Award for Highest Grade Point Average. While in Flagstaff, Elizabeth was an avid Grand Canyon hiker, helped manage the famous Homeward Bound Natural Foods Restaurant and kept a herd of goats. Since moving to southeastern Arizona she is developing her keen interests in knitting and spinning.
